As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s digital presence. Responsibilities:
- Lead client retention efforts through SMS, newsletters, and emails.
- Coordinate major public relations announcements.
- Promote and oversee the maintenance of the mobile application.
- Continually monitor the company’s online reputation.
- Register the company in more than 150 directories.
- Gather client testimonials and reviews.
- Monitor statistics for lead-to-client conversions.
- Manage the growth and maintenance of the referral network.
- Oversee all marketing content creators.
- Prepare and deliver a comprehensive report on a weekly basis.
- Research local events for potential offline marketing opportunities.
- At least 1 year of social media account management experience. You’ve navigated the ever-changing landscape of likes, shares, and retweets.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Your academic foundation will complement your practical skills.
- Excellent English and communication skills are a must. Your words will shape our brand’s voice.
- You’re comfortable with social media analytics tools and can decipher insights like a pro.
