As a Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s digital presence. Your mission: to create meaningful connections, amplify our message, and drive engagement across various platforms. Responsibilities:

  • Lead client retention efforts through SMS, newsletters, and emails.
  • Coordinate major public relations announcements.
  • Promote and oversee the maintenance of the mobile application.
  • Continually monitor the company’s online reputation.
  • Register the company in more than 150 directories.
  • Gather client testimonials and reviews.
  • Monitor statistics for lead-to-client conversions.
  • Manage the growth and maintenance of the referral network.
  • Oversee all marketing content creators.
  • Prepare and deliver a comprehensive report on a weekly basis.
  • Research local events for potential offline marketing opportunities.

  • At least 1 year of social media account management experience. You’ve navigated the ever-changing landscape of likes, shares, and retweets.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Your academic foundation will complement your practical skills.
  • Excellent English and communication skills are a must. Your words will shape our brand’s voice.
  • You’re comfortable with social media analytics tools and can decipher insights like a pro.
  • Think outside the box. Surprise us with fresh ideas and innovative campaigns.
  • Juggling multiple tasks? No problem. Your multitasking abilities and attention to detail keep everything on track.
  • Adaptability is your middle name. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift.
  • Confidentiality matters. You’ll handle sensitive information with care.
  • Anticipate needs, propose solutions, and take initiative. We value proactive team members.
  • Willingness to work on Pacific Daylight Time (PDT) schedule. Let’s bridge time zones together.
  • Own a Laptop or Desktop with 8GB RAM, Core i5 or above, and Microsoft Office. Plus, a reliable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps).
