What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- 3+ years solid Executive Assistant experience supporting senior management preferably for an Australian business.
- Strong experience with LinkedIn for professional networking.
- Experiencing managing appointments and emails for executives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Nice to Have:
- Australian Client Experience
- Recruitment Firm Experience
- LinkedIn Proficiency
What will you do?
Recruitment Coordination:
- Format and prepare profiles for Associate Advisors and ensure timely submission.
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach activities, including connecting with: Senior Managers in Public Practice, Senior Managers in Public Practice, Tax Accountants in Public Practice, Assistant Manager Accountants in Public Practice, Mortgage Brokers and Loan Processors in Sydney and Melbourne.
Client and Candidate Communication:
- Follow up with candidate feedback with clients.
- Maintain a record of firms currently hiring based on job advertisements and identify relevant contacts on LinkedIn.
Job Market Research:
- Monitor Seek ads focusing on positions such as: Associate Advisors, Financial Planners, and Client Services Managers in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney.
- Document and track information for all hiring firms and their respective contacts.
Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and communications.
- Assist in the preparation of recruitment reports and updates for the management team.
