Job Overview:

The Data Entry/Data Analyst will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into databases, as well as analyzing and interpreting the data to extract meaningful insights. This role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency in data entry tools, and the ability to manipulate and analyze data effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into databases accurately and efficiently, following established guidelines and procedures.
  • Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Manipulate and transform data using tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.
  • Generate reports and presentations based on data analysis to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and provide support in data-related projects.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and security.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data entry and analysis.

  • Experience in data entry or data analysis role.
  • Proficiency in data entry tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and efficient data entry skills.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze data to extract meaningful insights.
  • Knowledge of database management and data manipulation techniques.
  • Basic understanding of data validation and reconciliation processes.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Permanent remote work
