As a Payroll Executive, you are responsible for payroll accounting and for general payroll administration. Ensures all employees are paid in accordance to local laws and regulations and the Company established processing guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Reviews all new hires, termination into payroll system and / or to ensure accuracy and processes any necessary correction. Processing salary changes (increases/decreases) and calculation of back pay when applicable. Process
- Maintains master data and employee files (electronic/ paper), any employee payroll changes, staff card administration and handles our incentive program.
- Coordinate with payroll outsourcing company in providing them with new hires information, employee payroll changes and any other required information to ensure employees are being paid correctly and all records are administered accurately in the records/ system.
- Support internal colleagues with payrolls related questions/ matters as well as working with external auditors, authorities on issues concerning payroll, fiscal and social insurance matters.
