Job Overview:
We are looking for a data-driven marketing professional with a talent for crafting compelling ad copy and a strategic approach to campaign success. If you thrive on reaching target audiences, exceeding campaign goals, and seeing measurable results, we want you on our team as a Paid Ads Specialist!
In this role, you'll be a key player in our paid advertising efforts, crafting irresistible ad copy, meticulously implementing and auditing campaigns, and analyzing data to optimize conversions. You'll work across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and others to drive results for our clients.
Core Responsibilities:
- Write ad copy that converts: Craft clear, concise, and persuasive ad headlines and descriptions that resonate with target audiences and compel them to click.
- Become a paid advertising pro: Implement analytics to track conversion and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client goals.
- Stay on top of industry trends: Continuously learn and adapt to the ever-evolving world of paid advertising, exploring new cutting-edge strategies and platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work closely with developers, design, content, and marketing team to develop cohesive strategies and track campaign performance towards achieving common goals.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads & Facebook Ads minimum).
- Holds certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads (formerly Facebook Ads).
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with a particular talent for crafting high-converting sales copy.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- High attention to detail and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization.
Bonus points:
- Experience with additional paid advertising platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Google Analytics Certification
- Compensation: Competitive starting salary between $1500-$2000 CAD which will be negotiated during the interview based on competencies, skills, and experience.
