Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)
What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Proven experience as an Estimator within construction painting industry preferred.
- Experience in developing cost estimates based on sales staff information and tender document requirements.
- Ability to analyze information about a project and understanding of various painting methodologies.
- Able to read architectural plans, blue printers and technical documents.
- Skills with Digital estimating tools (eg BlueBeam, iTwo CostX, PlanSwift)
- Proficient in location software (eg. Google Earth, Near Maps)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills, primarily Excel and Word
What will you do?
- Collaborate with sales team to understand potential projects
- Analyze drawings and specifications to create cost estimates
- Determine labor, materials, and time requirements
- Use mathematical equations to calculate quantity of materials
- Present estimates to sales and management
- Identify hazards and safety measures for painting projects
- Provide accurate measurements and estimates for each project
- Work with manager to meet deadlines
