As Knowledge Management Coordinator, you will support the organization, collection, and maintenance of marketing-related content libraries, including system data updates for resumes, projects, or company information.
- Collaborate with internal partners to collect and confirm information.
- Maintain high levels of customer service, providing superior interactions and experiences to our technical and functional stakeholders
- Make updates to data and documents during periodic auditing and data cleansing efforts.
- Process edits and make content changes using standard procedures or formats to ensure accuracy and data quality
- Assist with searches and locating information to support proposal requests (RFP/Q), pre-qualifications, questionnaires, or data on people and project information.
- Monitor and respond to mailbox inquiries.
- Support wider systems maintenance activities.
