Position : Virtual Assistant
Working Hours : Monday-Friday; 9AM - 5:30PM AZ Time
Salary: USD 800 - USD 1,500/month
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and update files and documents, ensuring everything is organized and up-to-date
- Take client-uploaded documents, label them according to the coding process, and store them in the appropriate files
- Prepare and send forms for new clients to electronically sign
- Post content and videos online as I ramp up marketing efforts
- Respond to prospects via email or social media as part of marketing initiatives
- Pull monthly bank and credit card statements
- Assist with technology implementation, updates, and changes
- Possibly manage my email inbox
- Help schedule calls or appointments for me as needed (not often)
- Handle various projects as they arise, such as updating software and creating Google Sheets
- At least 2 years of work experience in operations, administration, or an executive assistant role for a client based in the US/UK/AUS.
- Reliable computer and fast internet connection required, with the ability to call a USA phone number
- Exceptional communicator, with a preference for over-communication
- Strong sense of urgency to complete tasks promptly and accurately
- Unimpeachable character, with a high level of integrity and honesty
- Eagerness to learn and grow both personally and professionally
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating new software and apps
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent English grammar, both written and verbal
- Personable, with the ability to easily connect with others
