**LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN METRO MANILA OR ANY NEARBY LUZON AREA**
Work Hours : M - F, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, PST/ 12am - 9am, PHT
Salary : 1000-1,200 USD
Job responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of service to all of our business units with focus on:
- Speed of Service, turning work around in a timely manner
- Creating a High-Quality work product
- Being Highly Responsive to internal customers
- Process and record deal data, timely and accurately
- Compiles and distributes regular recurring reports for weekly update meetings
- Produces presentation materials with direction from management and/or team leads
- Maintains consistency with various company form documents
- Research lease agreements and tenant data to generate summary reports
- Maintains tenant design criteria manuals for each assigned property
- Tracks and monitors all delivery dates required by a lease
- Encode updates about tenants and leases received from Property Management and Leasing teams
- Check emails daily (manage personal inbox and administrative inboxes)
- Sales Data Entry and reporting
- COI Data Entry and reporting
- Edit Site Plans
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative support or data compilation role
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, with different audiences
- Team player who is organized, proactive, and works well with others
- Comfortable working in a high growth organization with a sense of urgency
- Familiarity with commercial leasing language, retail lease agreements and/or paralegal experience a PLUS
- Prior experience working U.S. hours and shifts
- Yardi familiarity a PLUS (property accounting software
- Residing in Metro Manila and Luzon (nearby) areas
Must have proficiency in:
- Microsoft Tools (excel, PowerPoint, word, etc
- Google Suite
- Gmail
- Adobe illustrator
