LOOKING FOR FILIPINO CITIZENS BASED IN THE PHILIPPINES

Position: Digital Ads Manager
Work Hours: M-F, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST|9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Phil time
Pay Range: $900 - $1800 monthly

Scope of the role:
As a Digital Ads Manager, you will be building the strategy for the paid social, Search Engine Marketing, Online Video, and display campaigns as well as executing it in order to drive customer acquisition and revenue. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will manage a multi million dollar budget, analyze and optimize strategies and campaigns in platforms in order to grow the business at the best Customer Acquisition Cost possible.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Recommend digital strategies to increase customer acquisition and reduce CPA and CAC across paid social, Search Engine Marketing, Online Videos and display channels.
  • Plan and recommend budget allocation across channels and platforms, manage and report on spend and cost efficiency on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.
  • Execute Goodfood’s digital campaigns across all digital paid media channels including campaign set up, ad creation and performance tracking or working alongside agency partners when applicable.
  • Implement necessary tagging to measure campaigns efficiency alongside internal developers.
  • Monitor campaigns daily and be highly proactive in optimizing performance to meet or exceed target KPIs.
  • Support a testing and optimization culture while executing the defined strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally with the branding and design team to support creative conceptualization for optimal performance.
  • Liaise with our external partners to establish best practices and find areas of opportunity.
  • Contribute to the execution of top performing marketing strategies based on data-driven insights and the latest technologies.
  • Keep track of industry trends, best practices, and competitors.

  • Bachelors degree (marketing or related fields)
  • 4-6 years of marketing experience with at least 3-5 years of which were in a paid media role. 
  • In depth experience with ad platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords with proven experience running national campaigns at scale.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with other paid social platforms (e.g. Pinterest, TikTok, Snap) is an asset.
  • Experience building, monitoring, and optimizing full funnel paid social campaigns and pacing budgets.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • A customer centric mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a special attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for cooking and food.
