Job Summary: The Executive Assistant will be primarily responsible for managing customer service issues, coordinating with our factory, and overseeing operational tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to hire and manage additional customer service representatives as needed.
Salary: PHP 35,000 - 40,000
Key Responsibilities:
**Customer Service:**
- Handle customer service issues, including product replacements and complaints, in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve service quality.
**Operations:**
- Communicate regularly with our manufacturing partner to ensure production schedules are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
- Coordinate logistics for shipping containers, including scheduling cargo ships and arranging pickups at ports.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers to ensure efficient delivery of products to US, UK, and EU markets.
- Oversee the transloading process when required, ensuring products are correctly transferred between locations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the factory and 3PL providers to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
**Team Management:**
- Assess the need for additional customer service representatives based on business demands.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of customer service representatives as required.
- Provide ongoing support and development opportunities for the customer service team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service or operations role, preferably within a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in managing a team and coordinating with external partners.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
