We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team who is passionate about working with teams to help optimize the sales quotas, and revenue. In this role, the individual will be responsible for the end to end sales process beginning with Nurturing Leads, Contract Negotiation, Closing Deals, up to After Sales Support and Account Management. You may be responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

  • Managing and processing sales orders and invoices in a timely manner
  • Contract Creation and Negotiation. 
  • Sales Closing and After Sales Support
  • Doing outbound calls to nurture Potential Leads
  • Inbound and Outbound calls to close deals and secure contract signatures
  • Answering phone calls and providing customer support to clients
  • Organizing schedules and setting appointments
  • Coordinating logistics for sales meetings and events as needed
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining client records on the company CRM
  • Providing sales analytics and performance reports
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficiency of sales workflow
  • Assisting in creating sales collateral and materials for client presentations
  • Other duties that the role may require

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a sales administrator, sales support, or other similar role
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High level of proficiency in the English language
  • Proficiency with cloud-based tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Apple iSuite, Zoom and other project management tools
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with CRM software usage and management
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
  • Knowledge of email marketing is a plus
  • Experience with social media community engagement is a plus

System and Work Setup Requirements:

    • A stable and high-speed internet connection preferably 25 MBPS or higher with backup in cases of power interruption or service provider issues
    • Own PC/laptop with 8GB RAM, and a processor of Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 / 2013 Mac equivalent or higher; Windows 10 or above / Catalina 10.15 or newer; with up-to-date web browsers, and security software, 500GB/128 SSD storage
    • Headset/earphone with noise cancellation and webcam at 720p or higher resolution
    • A designated, quiet, and well-organized workspace free from distractions to facilitate focused work
