The AGS Associate Automation Developer will be primarily responsible for assisting with the creation, implementation, and maintenance of Workflows/Automation utilizing various process automation technologies. The Associate Developer will work with multiple teams across the organization to help support: innovative ideas, create efficiencies, standardize, and elevate the AGS service offering to our Internal and External Customers.
Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to)
- Build knowledge and expertise in AGS automation technologies through hands-on development work and certification courses
- Attend client discovery meetings with senior developers and process owners to develop use cases, process maps, and technical requirements for proposed automation.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing processes and resolve maintenance tickets
- Create/follow best practices for building naming conventions and documenting test scripts
- Attend and contribute to in-person handoffs including demos and/or training
- Assist senior developers in the development of enterprise-level solutions and components
- Independently develop task-based automation workflows
- Understand and work in an agile development environment with the ability to work on numerous automation simultaneously
