- Responsible for the creation, design, development, and implementation of RPA systems to enhance business process efficiency
- Investigates, analyze, and set up automated processes to maximize efficiency for a business model.
- Evaluate automation potential of business processes
- Conducts coding within RPA tools (e.g. Automation, Catalytics, etc.)
- Conducts User Acceptance tests
- Monitors, supports and maintains running BOTs
- Collaborates with other RPA experts across our worldwide organization to explore solutions, adapt and share best practice
- Work together with different organizational areas on process designs
- Supports Project Manager / RPA Lead in managing project timelines, quality, budgets as well as client relationships
- Share experience and knowledge to assist in the development of recommendations and solutions that are in-line with industry best practices
