Position: Residential Construction Estimator
Working Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (PST) | 12 AM - 8 AM (Philippine Time)
Salary Range: $1000-$1500 / Monthly

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform detailed material takeoffs and prepare comprehensive estimates for all aspects of home construction projects.
- Research and evaluate costs of materials, equipment, and labor to ensure accurate project budgeting.
- Solicit and gather competitive quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Analyze and compare estimated costs against contracted pricing to ensure profitability.
- Assist in the preparation of bids for new contracts and support purchasing activities.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other team members to ensure project specifications and plans are accurately estimated.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in residential construction estimating or a similar role.
- Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in algebra, geometry, and basic arithmetic.
- Ability to read and interpret construction specifications and plans.
- Proficiency in presenting proposals and project estimates to clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of current residential building codes and construction practices.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in estimating and documentation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
