- Direct inbound and outbound logistics operations, such as warehouse activities, customer deliveries, logistics quality management and safety performance.
- Monitor and analyze warehouse productivity and provide improvement measures to achieve the desired/agreed productivity level.
- Maximize warehouse utilization, by efficiently managing storage locations of fast, slow, non-moving, obsolete and damaged products.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks as per established schedules and guidelines to maintain LSP performance quality.
- Track and improve operational KPIs and cost targets.
- Support managing physical logistics operations like warehouse and local outbound activities of RBPH Sales Team, like MA, PT and BT.
