We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Inspection back-office team.
We are launching a new team to centralize back-office operations management for QIMA Standard Accounts Inspection Services. The candidate will be part of the new team.
The candidate should embrace the company’s culture of teamwork, technology and innovation, and be able to work effectively with different teams/stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to grow within QIMA and learn all the elements of our Inspection business.
Core Responsibilities:
- Handle requests for Inspection clients under Standard Accounts, received through Freshdesk ticketing tool or other communication.
- Write and maintain General Instructions (GIs) – how we record custom requirements for each client that Operations teams need to follow.
- Work with Ops SIP team to develop Special Inspection Workflows where needed.
- Proactively check the Inspection performance / KPIs of important and high-risk clients under Standard Accounts. Communication action plans as needed.
- Work closely with QIMA sales team members to understand the needs of their clients and enhance customer loyalty.
- Support project to improve Inspector GIs and improve use of QIMAone Special Workflow for Inspection services.
