About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Strategy & Operations Manager who will provide support with clerical tasks, ensuring all related corporate procedures are well-organized and performed on time. A successful candidate should be able to act proactively and without guidance while understanding the executive's needs and adhering to its policies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data Management - This involves planning how and where to collect data, analyzing it, and setting a schedule for reviewing and reporting. This role also manages company documentation, ensuring it is clear and accessible for new hires.
- Operation Management - This person independently optimizes business operations, addresses bottlenecks, and acts as a strategic partner to drive growth and profitability. They must have a deep understanding of all internal processes.
- Customer fulfillment logistics - This includes handling financial transactions with manufacturers, coordinating the import and delivery of goods, and overseeing final delivery and installation. Effective communication with partners and customers is essential.
- Tracking and solving customer issues - Responsibilities include swiftly addressing customer problems with spa products, managing payments to service technicians, and ensuring service quality. Proficiency in all products is necessary.
- Special Projects - This role involves strategy, planning, and execution of new initiatives such as setting up manufacturing, opening retail stores, partnering with hotels, and launching new brands.
- Technician Community Management - This involves identifying, attracting, negotiating with, and engaging technicians. The role ensures technicians are well-trained, reliable, and satisfied working with the company.
- Research - Conducting research to find the best service technicians and delivery services in key markets to establish a strong logistics framework.
- A minimum of 4 years experience working in Engineering / Customer Experience / Logistics / Marketing)
- Profound experience with office management systems and procedures. Outstanding Office 365, Google Workspace, and Canva knowledge
- High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and time management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to be an entrepreneur or grow into a key role at a fast-growing startup
- Technical by nature, can grasp new tools and software quickly.
