As a Digital Marketing Associate, she will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. She will work closely with the Digital team and the cross functional teams -- Marketing, TMD, and Sales to implement various digital campaigns, analyse performance metrics, and contribute to the overall online presence and business delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Management:
- Lead creating Digital Campaigns for all relevant digital platforms, primarily Social media, SMS, Tiwala, and Cropwise.
- Influence FF to submit needed assets on time
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of content across digital channels.
- Social Media Management:
- Help manage and grow the company's social media presence by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and monitoring social media analytics.
- Be open to exploratory projects like Influencer Marketing and other relevant trends
- Ensure inquiries are responded to on a timely manner.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools like Emplifi and Meta to track and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Digital Advertising Support:
- Lead the creation and management of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, primarily Meta.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across digital marketing initiatives.
- Other Digital Marketing Initiatives:
- Help with innovative digital marketing solutions fit for Syngenta
- Pro-actively assess other digital marketing strategies that can be tested for Syngenta
