Leadership - Delegate and review team’s tasks properly, promote the improvement of team’s mindset in order to deliver efficient engagement with customers and collaboration with other stakeholders internally.
Sales Analysis and Reporting - Provide various daily and monthly sales report, monitor the report of budget and sales data analysis and responsible for the authorization of SAP key user.
System and Process Enhancement - Implement process enhancement and improve productivity and maintain pricing, promotion / discount scheme on system.
Project Management - Spearhead special projects as assigned and acts as process expert of the Country Sales Organization.
Sales & Logistics Support - Manage stock management and monitor back order, collaborate with logistics team for warehouse productivity improvement like VAS, customer complaints and posting of invoice in lead-time.
