Position: Marketing Specialist

Working Hours/Shift: M - F EST 9 am -5 pm

Salary Range: $1500 monthly

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Assistant/Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming the insights and ideas of our leadership team into engaging content across various platforms. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence and driving our lead-generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to understand their ideas and vision.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, and more.
  • Develop and manage content calendars to ensure a consistent flow of content.
  • Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and drive traffic to our website.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of content to inform future content strategies.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into content.
  • Support the marketing team with various tasks as needed, including administrative duties.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Content Creator, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and SEO best practices.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms like WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media management tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently manage projects.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in lead generation and digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Basic graphic design skills.
  • Knowledge of the [industry-specific knowledge, if applicable].
