Position : SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT
Work Hours : Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm ET (can be flexible)
Holidays : Candidates can decide if they want US or PH holidays.; PTO – 15 days annually, accrued at 1.25 per month
Pay Range : USD 800 - 1,300 per month (final salary would depend on your skillset and experience)

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X).
- Community Engagement: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and potential clients to build a strong online presence and foster relationships.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistency in voice and branding across all social media channels.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, to promote events, new services, and other key initiatives.
- Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep the company ahead of the curve.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including business development and event management, to align social media strategies with the firm’s business objectives.
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the events, business development, or investment banking industries.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
- Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
- Strong self-management skills, displaying a high level of initiative, effort, and commitment to completing work in a timely manner.
- Comfortable collaborating via email, phone, Zoom, and in-person with colleagues and clients.
- Curiosity and resourcefulness in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to work calmly, independently, and effectively under deadlines.
