Account specific roles and responsibilities
- Uploading documents for invoice processing
- Cash postings and billings
- Receiving fax request for coding based on priority levels (prescriptions)
Job Description
- Provides customer support through different communication channels (Phone, email, chat).
- Resolve issues & accommodate customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction with products or services.
- Collaborate with colleagues and different departments to resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate records on customer interactions, transaction, feedback, etc.
- At least 6 months Healthcare BPO experience
- Good working knowledge with healthcare billing (cash postings)
- Familiar with common medical terms
- Bookkeeping and DME experience is a PLUS
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati or Mandaluyong
- Amenable working night shift
