- Ensures technical services (concrete trial, tank maintenance, etc.) performed are efficiently conducted to maximize, if not eliminate, post application and post service customer complaints.
- Conducts concrete trials and ensures the concrete samples from trials are carefully handled. Actively conducts or witness testing on the samples from trial to be correctly tested.
- Conduct installation and preventive maintenance of admix dispenser equipment and storage tanks loaned to customers.
- Attends technical training and performs actual product application workshops and demonstration.
- Cleans and maintains tools and test equipment in proper working order; maintains good housekeeping in his area of responsibility to ensure safety.
- Support in-house product testing and sample preparation for third party test.
- Support local implementation of new application techniques.
- Maintain quality and integrity of all related products by giving feedback regularly to Technical Support Manager and/or Technical Supervisor.
- Acts as the technical support of the Sales team to assess causes and determine possible remedies of the issues.
- Reports and update daily schedule and task to Technical Supervisor. Provide technical reports to technical supervisor for review on site activities and testing as required by customers. Give summary of monthly activities.
- Adheres to the SPI established Quality & Environmental Management System and Quality Policy.
- Actively participates in all SPI projects regarding quality and the environment and fully supports and acts in accordance with the company policy.
- Comply with necessary ISO procedures in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
- Strictly complies with company policies, systems and procedures, work rules and regulations.
- Performs other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.
