Salary: P160,000-210,000 (Monthly Package)

What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance reporting/Global Performance Reporting and Analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
- Intensive exposure and in-depth understanding of finance operations and financial data.
- Experience in preparation of presentations/analytics/reporting to senior executives and Board.
- Relevant retail/industry experience
- MS D365 ERP and MS Power BI experience is highly desired
Nice to Have:
- CPA/CA Certifications-preferred
- Passionate and curious about retail and product data
What will you do?
Reporting to the CFO, the Head of Performance Reporting and Analysis will standardize performance reporting for Functional business teams. The role involves gathering routine information, standardizing formats, and delivering them on time to key stakeholders. You will also contribute to the CPU data project, implementing Power BI across the business.
Reporting Standardization and Strategy:
- Lead the standardization of performance reporting formats across functional business teams.
- Develop a reporting strategy and framework for the organization.
- Define and build the overall reporting strategy with the CPU Data Project (Power BI).
- Take stock of current management reporting practices in key business functions.
- Build and plan the transition to a centralized reporting framework.
- Oversee the transition of reporting from various departments like retail, products & planning, supply chain, and manufacturing.
Performance Reporting and Analysis:
- Improve the visibility and understandability of standard reporting for the business.
- Drive improvements in standard reporting to reflect the true financial position (sales, profitability, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Provide insights and analysis from reports to identify risks and opportunities.
- Ensure continuous improvement within the Reporting and Analysis function.
Retail Reporting:
- Take ownership of the retail Profit and Loss (PandL) reporting.
- Analyze and provide insights on the profitability of retail business activities and property portfolio.
- Ensure retail reports are fit for purpose for various audiences (store managers, board members).
- Create clear, concise, and actionable management reports for retail.
Team and Project Support:
- Initiate or drive process improvements within the area of control to improve efficiency and mitigate risk.
- Assist the Finance team with ad-hoc requests.
- Participate in and help lead the wider finance team as needed.
