Your key tasks
- Support in maintenance of Employee Personnel Files
- Ensure that employee documents are deleted/removed according to Avaloq Global Retention Policy
- Ensure pre-employment documents are maintained/stored in Personnel Sharepoint Folder.
- Uploading pertinent documents in employee E-dossier in SAP
- Support in Onboarding Activities
- Support in monitoring pre-employment requirements for New Joiners
- Sending of Onboarding Invite to new Joiners (sending of Calendar Invites only. Onboarding Agenda and Welcome Email)
- Support in Offboarding Activities
- Schedule and confirm Exit interviews with Leaver employee/s (sending calendar invites only)
- Assist with Government Statutory reporting or any related report (as needed)
- Prepare Philhealth ER-2 enrolment
- Participate in HR Operations Meetings (Bi Weekly, TRILA etc)
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and process improvement initiatives
- Others
- Support in creation of regular reports and presentations as needed
- Assist HR Department to perform all other duties as assigned
