Position Summary:
The HR OD Intern will collaborate closely with the Organizational Development team to support performance management programs, assist with administrative tasks, and contribute to various OD-related activities. This role provides a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fields of organizational development and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management
Maintain and regularly update performance management documents.
Ensure the microsite contains all necessary learning content and aligns with branding standards.
Work with the OD Manager to create and design materials for performance management activities and events.
Provide support during performance management programs and events.
Assist in drafting and disseminating performance management-related email communications.
Other Tasks
Performs other tasks as may be assigned by the team leader.
