Job Description
Will manage a global team and act as the focal person for all global POS and inventory concerns.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the team regularly conduct a timely and accurate reconciliation of customer sales and inventory data against company records and ensure accuracy of claimed rebates.
- Tracks customer’s inventory and sales and maintains good rapport and close communication with customer and other stakeholders.
- Provide support and training to customers and other stakeholders regarding the sales data and inventory report process.
- Validate and ensure retailer deductions against PP claims are valid and reasonable before payment processing.
- Ensures timely and accurate Price protection payments for all distributors.
- Monitor and ensure distributor disputes in line with POS and inventory variances are addressed timely and accurately.
- Work with IT and support team for EDI onboarding and validation.
- Participate in Model N and other system UATs.
- Actively participate in the company’s projects, process improvements and system enhancements.
- Prepare necessary reports, and documents for monthly and quarterly close.
- Manage files, records, transactions, and other office procedures and maintain audit trail.
- Provides audit walkthroughs for SOX compliance and ensures audit samples are reviewed and provided timely.
- Ensure targets, measurements and service levels are met.
