Eram Talent is currently seeking a Facilities Supervisor specializing in ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems for an exciting opportunity in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of ELV systems within a facilities management setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of ELV technicians and contractors responsible for the maintenance and repair of ELV systems.
- Plan and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the ELV maintenance activities.
- Ensure that all ELV maintenance tasks are completed within the set timeframes and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot ELV system issues, and recommend appropriate repair and maintenance solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards in ELV maintenance activities.
- Monitor and control inventory of ELV materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with other facilities management teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ELV maintenance.
- Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures related to ELV maintenance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to ELV technicians and contractors.
- · Minimum of 7 years of supervisory experience in managing ELV systems in luxury properties
- · Extensive knowledge of BMS, fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and other ELV systems
- · Proven leadership and team management skills
- · Advanced technical certification or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field, or extensive hands-on experience
- · Professional appearance and demeanor, reflecting Sindalah’s luxury standards
- Strong English skills, both written and verbal, are mandatory
