Eram Talent is currently seeking a Facilities Supervisor specializing in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) for an exciting opportunity in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems within a facilities management setting.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of HVAC technicians and contractors responsible for the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems.
- Plan and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the HVAC maintenance activities.
- Ensure that all HVAC maintenance tasks are completed within the set timeframes and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, and recommend appropriate repair and maintenance solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and standards in HVAC maintenance activities.
- Monitor and control inventory of HVAC materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with other facilities management teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HVAC maintenance.
- Implement and enforce health and safety policies and procedures related to HVAC maintenance.
- Provide technical support and guidance to HVAC technicians and contractors.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in a facilities management setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance processes.
- Experience in managing and supervising a team of HVAC technicians.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and standards related to HVAC maintenance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for HVAC maintenance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
