Job Title: Junior Operations Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Operations Executive to assist in the day-to-day operations of our company. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, possess strong organizational skills, and have the ability to support the operations team in driving efficiency, productivity, and timely delivery of services and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Support: Assist in the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality standards are met.
  • Process Assistance: Support the identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations team, providing support and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Timely Delivery: Help ensure the timely delivery of products and services to meet customer expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Budget Assistance: Assist in developing and managing operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial efficiency.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance Support: Ensure operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Vendor Coordination: Assist in overseeing relationships with vendors and suppliers, supporting contract negotiations and ensuring quality service.
  • Risk Identification: Help identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Reporting Assistance: Assist in preparing and presenting operational reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Quotation Support: Provide support for preparing simple quotations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with operational software.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong customer focus and understanding of customer needs.
  • Basic knowledge of preparing and handling quotations.
