Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Systematically manage and coordinate schedules and project information.
- Disseminate and coordinate information between internal teams.
- Manage communication, including emails, schedules, and project briefs, between the internal project team and clients.
- Act as a bridge of communication, working closely to liaise, collaborate, and communicate with the Marketing and Operation Departments.
- Be available to respond outside of working hours if necessary.
- Liaison with clients and corporate partners on briefs and requirements for respective campaigns.
- Coordinate planning and execution with the Operation Department on promotional activities, schedules, and arrangements.
- Perform any other related administrative tasks as assigned from time to time.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a related field such as Client Servicing, Marketing, or Events, preferably with an FMCG background.
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications, especially Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel.
- Innovative and outgoing personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident speaker with a genuine desire to engage with people.
- Able to work with minimal supervision, demonstrate innovation and proactivity, possess a strong sense of responsibility, and work well under tight deadlines. Good planning and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Possess good analytical skills with a strong command of written and spoken English. Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
- Responsible, diligent, and eager to learn and improve with a positive attitude.
- Highly motivated with a strong interest in the events industry.
