Job Responsibilities:
- Manage customer’s queries via social media and email.
- Become a product expert that helps customers with the best solution.
- Delivery High End customer service to clients
- Should be active on social media so could understand the customer’s concern.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in tech support
- Basic understanding of PC & mobile device troubleshooting (Email & Social media support Experience etc)
- Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) experience
