1. Cash Receipts –
o Record deposits daily: download daily bank activity for all six business entities (IQEQ Fund Services, IQEQ Technology Services, IQEQ Tax Services, Blue River Technologies, Greyline Partners, and IQEQ Outsource Services) and input into accounting software (currently QuickBooks).
o Run Bill.com sync with QuickBooks.
o Run sync with Connect Booster.
o Reconcile daily bank balances for all six business entities to ensure all deposits are recorded.
o Record payments received on AR sheet.
o Sync payments to ConnectWise daily upon completion of bank reconciliation.
2. Accounts Payable –
o Record new invoices received in Payables spreadsheet.
o Input invoices into Bill.com and ensure the correct approver is selected.
o Save invoices copies to corresponding vendor folders.
3. Ad hoc accounting projects, including month end accounting close task assistance.
