Job Description
- Client' company research before start sourcing for suitable applicant
- Understanding client requirements
- Define job description and document specifications
- Evaluate resumes and applications
- Source candidates using databases, social media etc.
- Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening
- Preparation of documents and share to client
- Internal dealing with different department on the progress
- Match the most suitable candidates to different positions
- Create relationships with job seekers and provide advice
Requirements
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- 2 years & above working experience for Junior Executive, 4 years & above working experience in related field for Senior Executive
- Able to communicate well in Mandarin & English
- Good in Self management, time management, etc
