Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support AD/Training and Education Manager/Digital Dawn with management of AppBassador
    • Maintenance and upgrades
    • Content upload
    • Reporting functions
    • Effectiveness/Flow of use
    • Creating SOP’s
    • Managing budget/billing
  • Training Academy Support
    • New structure – creating process, wow, SOP’s
    • Support in building training content in line with brand plans
    • Managing translation requests along with budgets/billing
    • Training requests – review and follow up where needed
    • Training reporting – collation for T&E Manager
  • Template creation for Activation briefs in line with regions marketing plans
    • Creation of template
    • Support RPM in building reports (renders, M&E)
    • Reviewing and advising RPM on how to in reports
  • Global Reports
    • DHOC Support in creation of global reporting templates
    • Collation from regions on global launches
  • Other
    • Manage process for big ideas ie sampling kits/travellers sets/WSET
    • Conference support
