Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Manage financial aspects such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Customer Service:
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
- Staff Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff members.
- Create staff schedules and manage payroll.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
- Wine Knowledge:
- Assist in developing the wine list and suggest pairings to enhance the dining experience.
- Train staff on basic wine knowledge, including types, regions, and tasting notes.
- Engage with customers to provide basic wine recommendations.
- Sales & Marketing:
- Implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
- Promote special events, promotions, and seasonal offers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive traffic and enhance the outlet's reputation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Basic knowledge of wines, including understanding different types, regions, and pairing suggestions.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office.
- Customer-oriented with a strong focus on quality and service.
