1. Deploy MS Teams Direct Routing to new/existing Publicis Groupe sites in AMEA
2. Manage MS Teams / MS Teams Direct Routing infrastructure in AMEA.
3. Provide Level 2 support for MS Teams users.
4. Work with external vendors on support cases.
5. Manage documentation of all system, application and security changes, upgrades, and new implementations whenever appropriate.
