Reporting to the Channel Sales Information Lead, the Sales Information Analyst is responsible for collecting, processing, synthesizing, and analyzing sales data for the use of the TCM, Sales, CMII, Brand Category Mktg, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
1. Data Collection and Validation:
- Collect, validate, and maintain accurate sales data from various sources, including internal databases and external platforms.
- Implement data quality checks and validations to ensure data integrity and reliability.
2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
- Generate regular reports to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
3. Process Optimization:
- Identify opportunities for streamlining data management processes and improving efficiency.
- Implement best practices for data governance and data management within the Trade Channel Marketing team.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, and finance, to ensure seamless communication and alignment of data-related activities.
- Work closely with the team to provide data support for trade marketing initiatives of the marketing team.
