Qualifications & experience
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Architecture or equivalent.
- 2-4 years of professional experience in interior design.
- Required Skill(s): AutoCad, 3dsMax (Vray), Google Sketch Up, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Offices (Words, Excel, Power Point)
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and furniture suppliers.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for design excellence.
- Flexible to travel outstation to attend project coordination works.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative concepts and design solutions.
- Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to communicate design intent.
- Assist in space planning, material selection, and FF&E specification.
- Conduct research on industry trends, materials, and products.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
