Job Description:
- Provide general administrative support to various departments within the organization.
- Responsible for data entry, supervise product movement and follow up status output as per scheduled timeline.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and email.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy, well-organized, and conducive to productivity.
- Support client inquiries and channel to correct team members.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must posses at least a SPM or equivalent.
- Independent and can work with minimum supervision.
- Computer literate (able to handle Microsoft Word, Excel etc)
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Able to start work immediately.
