You will be empowered to support the Category Management Team in foodpanda Philippines
● The role requires to drive development, growth & day to day operations for the nonfood category portfolio at PandaMart, this will include:
○ Category Development: Be the voice of the consumer, be on top of Industry & Market Knowledge & consumer understanding of what customers buy and why. Develop category assortment in alignment with consumer needs and PandaMart strategy
○ Range development: Expand categories basis selection requirement.
○ Product Communication Strategy: Create consumer centric catalogue that helps improve conversion.
○ Category profitability & Growth: Plan & deliver on growth(Volume, Value) in alignment with Internal Category teams
● Work with the commercial teams to drive discovery, traffic & conversion
● Ensure active participation in all relevant events across platforms
● Support the Category Managers and work closely with Business and Finance to manage portfolio pricing
● Inventory Management: Work closely with category & sourcing teams to ensure stock availability
● Quality: Own the quality scores (Ratings, reviews & return). Work closely with dark stores to take regular feedback & improve scores
● Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by your supervisor
