What are we looking for?
Skills Required:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or any related field
- At least 7 years of application configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors– Learning and Performance Modules. Ideally with Retail Industry exposure
- Key Expertise: SuccessFactors Learning and Performance
- Working Knowledge: SuccessFactors Succession, EC
- Broad and expert skills and knowledge relevant to the IT systems being supported
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to influence key stakeholders with a strong customer focus.
- Good Communication / Negotiation / Presentation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working various SuccessFactors ,modules, highly preferred.
- SAP SuccessFactors Certification / ITIL certification preferred.
- Experience supporting Global/AU operations
- Passionate about I.T. solutions.
- Demonstrate an interest in emerging technologies.
What will you do?
The SAP SuccessFactors L&OD analyst is responsible for implementing and maintaining the SuccessFactors Learning and Performance modules. You will enhance the employee training programs, compliance, and organizational development by utilizing the modules. You will also collaborate with People and IT to align learning solutions with the company's strategic objectives.
- Configuration and support of the organization's IT Applications including the following systems: SAP SuccessFactors: (Key Expertise: SuccessFactors Learning and Performance; Working Knowledge: SuccessFactors Succession, EC)
- Configure and manage the SuccessFactors Learning Management System, including user roles, security settings, alerts and system functionalities.
- Managing learning content within the SuccessFactors LMS. This includes uploading various learning materials, creating assessments, designing learning paths, and automating assignments for mandatory training.
- Managing course integration. This includes synchronizing user data between Employee Central (EC) and the Learning Management System (LMS) and integrating content from external platforms like LinkedIn Learning and CoRSafe.
- Managing performance reviews, including template design and process facilitation. It also includes system administration, user support, and continuous improvement initiatives for both the performance management and learning management systems
- Collaborate with the People Team on e-learning content development and ensure system compliance and data integrity.
- This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the SuccessFactors LMS and supporting the organization's performance management and learning and development strategies.
