Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed diagnostics and repairs on electric vehicles, ensuring they meet Volvo’s high standards and customer expectations.
- Install, inspect and maintain advanced EV battery systems and electric drive components.
- Utilize specialized diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex electrical and mechanical issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of service needs and work performed.
- Stay informed about the latest industry trends and technological advancements in electric vehicles through continuous education and training programs.
- Ensure adherence to all workplace safety guidelines and regulations.
Requirements:
- Certification in Electric Vehicle maintenance and repair.
- Proven experience as an EV technician, preferably in a dealership environment.
- Strong understanding of electric vehicle technology and diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to delivering quality work.
