Your Responsibilities
The Sales Operations Coordinator plays an important role in providing operational support to the revenue generating teams (Business development and Key Account Management) achieve its targets in the key client segments of banks, insurances, asset managers, asset owners, corporates, and redistribution channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and enjoys executing ad-hoc tasks as well as repetitive tasks diligently and with an eye for detail.
You will be part of the global Commercial division and report to the Manager, Sales Operations based in Manila. Moreover, you will:
- Manage, distribute, and control inbound leads
- Provide ongoing sales support to the Business Development and KAM teams, such as drafting quotes, and other relevant materials.
- Conduct research to identify relevant contacts in the key client segments using online sources
- Manage client- and sales-related activities in the RepRisk CRM tool (Salesforce) and Sales Operations Dashboard via Microsoft Teams
- You prepare sales briefings and other adhoc analyses as required by the Business Development and Key Account Management teams
- You coordinate and monitor tasks/activities with other internal stakeholders
