- Direct and participate in daily landscape maintenance works
- Delegate tasks and oversee team of workers who are engaged in maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion of work schedules
- Ensure safe use of assigned landscape vehicle and equipment
- Handle customer enquiries
- Provide on-site instruction to workers for landscape maintenance needs
- Train and supervise workers on tasks such as transplanting or pruning trees or shrubs, using equipment, or caring for turf
- Perform tasks such as cutting grass, planting flowers, pulling weeds, trimming edges, picking up trash, and watering plants
