Key Responsibilities:
- Post job advertisements on various platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain and update candidate databases
- Communicate with candidates throughout the process
- Assist with onboarding new hires
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
- 0-2 years of recruitment or related experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
