This role supports various finance ERP and reporting applications including configuration, maintenance, administration, and process documentation. This position will report to the Finance Business Systems Administration Manager.
- Administering, configuring, and providing end user support for finance system ERP applications and reporting tools
- Be a power user / highly proficient user of our financial systems, always communicating various features to stakeholders and sharing best practices to support user training.
- Help to streamline finance processes you support. Understanding the impacts of changes recommended and how to translate them into business requirements
- Develop and maintain system process documentation, job aids and flows
- Participate in scheduled system upgrades including regression / patch testing
- Be a change advocate, leading finance community towards modernization of technologies and processes.
