- Performs day-to-day monitoring and support for the Proactis commercial applications.
- Creates scripts, applets and web tools to assist with monitoring, response, and availability recovery efforts.
- Receives, reviews, triage, escalates and where possible resolve a daily flow of incoming application support tickets.
- Executes scheduled/unscheduled commercial software deployments according to requirements.
- Creates Technical Documentation for hosted applications
