Responsibilities : -
- Support the Manager in the development and creation of deliverables to clients
- Carry out research on the client prior to meeting clients
- Prepare and disseminate materials when required
- Assist in planning, developing and implementing clients’ corporate investor relations strategies and execute all corporate investor relations activities
- Assist in articulating the scope of project, schedules, risks and solutions to client and team members
- Assist in managing client relationships by providing forward planning, issue resolution and expectation management
- Assist in engaging with investors, analysts and fund managers to build rapport
- Assist in maintaining project management documentation during all stages of the project life cycle
- Assist in all Investor Relations activities
Requirements : -
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting/Communications or related fields
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in investor relations, public relations, investment banking, accounting and/or financial industries is required for this position
- Candidate must possess good attitude, willingness to learn and have adaptability skills
- Candidate must possess at least basic financial and accounting knowledge
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills, coordination and organizing skills and negotiation skills
- Proactive, resourceful and able to independently multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
